General Terms & Conditions

Terms of Enrolment – Tuition Memberships Enrolment in our tuition sessions is a rolling monthly membership until you tell us otherwise in writing. Once a monthly payment has been taken, we do not offer refunds for that month. Students are welcome to attend all remaining lessons for their paid month. Cancellation must be made in writing with one full calendar month’s notice.

Free Assessments & Trial Sessions We encourage all prospective members to attend a Free Initial Assessment before committing to a membership. This ensures we can properly evaluate your child’s needs and that you are completely happy with the learning environment we provide.

Monthly Membership Once you have enrolled in our monthly membership, we do not refund any classes unless those classes are explicitly cancelled by EasyLearning121. If you would like to cancel your membership, please follow the simple cancellation procedure outlined below.

Class Cancellation Policy (Force Majeure) EasyLearning121 reserves the right to cancel classes or workshops due to the occurrence of an unforeseeable event (e.g., government lockdown, restricted access to our facilities). If this occurs and we are unable to gain access to the venue, we will aim to replace face-to-face activities with an online offering. If activities move online, our standard terms and conditions continue to apply.

Neither EasyLearning121 nor the customer shall be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of obligations (except payment obligations) if delayed or hindered by an unforeseeable act or event beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). This includes, but is not limited to: Acts of God, government interventions, legal changes, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather. The affected party must notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable.

Missed Classes We do not offer make-up sessions or refunds for any missed classes. Our scheduling, small 6:1 group ratios, and pricing are based on consistent attendance and securing your child’s dedicated seat. Please ensure your child is able to attend their scheduled sessions.

Low Enrolment EasyLearning121 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule specific class times due to insufficient enrolments.

Cancellation & Account Policies

Membership Cancellation Policy We would hate to see you go, but we believe in keeping things flexible. Our cancellation policy is simply one full calendar month’s notice, provided in writing. To cancel your membership, please email us directly at: eric@easylearning121.co.uk. Example: If you give written notice on the 10th of May, your membership will end on the 10th of June, and any final payment will be pro-rated accordingly.

Account Freezing Account freezing is only permitted in emergency situations and must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Please email eric@easylearning121.co.uk if you need to make special arrangements.

Holidays and Closure

Annual Schedule EasyLearning121 operates for 50 weeks per year. Our membership pricing is calculated based on an annual model and spread evenly across 12 monthly payments.

This flat pricing structure accounts for all planned closures, including bank holidays and our annual Christmas break. Your membership covers an average of 4 weeks of lessons per calendar month; months that happen to contain 5 weeks help offset the months with planned closures. This ensures your direct debit remains exactly the same every single month.

Centre Policies

Late Pick-Up Policy We do not currently charge a fee for late pick-ups. However, if you know you are going to be late, please inform EasyLearning121 as soon as possible (provided it is safe to do so and you are not driving). This helps us ensure your child is supervised safely and without anxiety until you arrive.

Respect for Staff At EasyLearning121, we pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, focused, and professional environment. We expect all students and their families to treat our mentoring staff with respect at all times. We do not tolerate any form of disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour towards our team members or other students. Such behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, at our sole discretion.

Promotional Offers (e.g., Referral Discounts)

From time to time, EasyLearning121 may run promotional offers. The following standard terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

  • Discounts apply to one month’s fees only.
  • Only one discount applies per referral/booking.
  • Referred friends must explicitly state the referrer’s name when booking for a discount to be applied.
  • Offers cannot be combined with any other active promotions or sibling discounts.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • EasyLearning121 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Right to Update EasyLearning121 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes to billing or cancellation policies will be communicated to active members in writing.
