Dedicated small-group preparation for the CSSE test used by KEGS and Chelmsford County High School — built for families starting now, ahead of the September 2027 sitting.
EasyLearning121's regular Maths, English and Science memberships have always included 11+ preparation alongside everyday schoolwork, at no extra cost. This term we're launching something more focused: a dedicated small group for families who want their child's practice to be entirely about the exam — exam technique, timed conditions, and steady, unhurried preparation, not squeezed in around other subjects.
This is a brand new programme, run by the same DBS-checked tutors already teaching our regular micro-classes. We're not going to pretend we have years of 11+ results behind us — what we can offer is the same small-group attention and honest approach that everything else at EasyLearning121 is built on.
Chelmsford's grammar schools — King Edward VI Grammar School (KEGS) and Chelmsford County High School (CCHS) — select through the Consortium of Selective Schools in Essex (CSSE) entrance test. The exact papers are set by CSSE each year, so we tailor our practice to whatever the current format covers rather than teaching to an outdated pattern. If you're not yet sure which test your child will be sitting, we're happy to talk it through at a free assessment.
If your child already attends our Weekly or Twice-Weekly Membership, 11+ preparation is already included in their regular sessions at no extra cost. The 11+ Programme is a separate, dedicated group for families who want that preparation to be the sole focus of a session — the two aren't mutually exclusive, and many families choose both.
We'll talk through where your child is now, what the CSSE test involves, and whether the 11+ Programme — or our general tuition — is the right fit. No obligation.
