One rule, no small print: one full calendar month's written notice. Here's exactly how it works.
Email info@easylearning121.co.uk with one full calendar month's notice. That's it — no forms, no phone-queue, no cancellation fees.
Example: if you give written notice on 10th May, your membership ends on 10th June, and any final payment is pro-rated accordingly.
Payments already taken are non-refundable, but your child attends all sessions covered by them. We only refund or credit classes that we cancel.
Missed sessions can't be refunded or made up. Our small 6:1 ratios and pricing depend on consistent attendance and holding your child's dedicated seat.
If your circumstances change suddenly, we'd rather help than lose you — account freezing is available in emergency situations by prior arrangement. Email info@easylearning121.co.uk and we'll work something out.
